Growing Iris for the Orris root @thecraftcofarm to be dried and… https://t.co/O35xeG4MI7

Free Keg Friday this week is our Pilsner. A very tasty, crisp clean refreshing beer, perfect for your Friday knock off.

Last Free Keg Friday for the summer is this week.. make it count! We'll be pouring our house-brewed Pilsner from 5pm.

A few hours later, ten litres of skanky wild ferment peach cyder is distilled to just 350ml of rather delicious, only slightly rustic peach eau de vie. Once again, huge thanks to @cocktailseb @thecraftandco for your alchemy...

Stage 2 of the colonial peach cyder experiment: the wild ferment stuck and the liquid tastes very very funky (a whole plague of mice ...). Time to do what they did back then: distill it. Thanks to Seb @cocktailseb @thecraftandco for the help and advice and sharing knowledge.
