Roll up your sleeves and put some muscle into making your own dough as we discuss the history of pasta shapes and regional origins, offer tips on how to knead, fold, cut and roll to achieve the pasta shape, and look at when to use the different cuts of pasta and sauce styles to suit. Also included in the ticket price is a beverage on arrival made by The Craft & Co and a selection of house-made charcuterie & cheese.
