This is a practical class run by our distillery team where we teach you how limoncello is made. We will guide you through the management and preparation of the ingredients and discuss the recipe we use, while you prepare the citrus, botanicals and alcohol. Work with our in house cheesemakers to fashion your own curds in this hands-on session focussing on mozzarella and provola cheese. These classes give you the basics on creating your own cows milk cheeses at home, whilst also covering the fundamentals of cheese making overall.
