We distil our own spirits, brew beer & cider and roast our coffee onsite in our Collingwood venue. Our other site dubbed the Farm in Bangholme, is a 40 acre vineyard and winery. The Craft & Co has been designed to encourage exploration and immersion across different crafts, whether it be enjoying a brew in our bar or learning how to make salami in our meats room, the experience is live.
A prominent facility of The Craft & Co site in Collingwood, is its own microbrewery. We are using the brewhouse to create amazing beer and collaborate with some of the industry's most interesting brewers.
Craft spirits are experiencing a revival in Australia, with gin in particular shining in the artisan world. We have a beautiful distillery onsite that we are using to create our own award-winning spirits and liqueurs.
Our very own 40-acre vineyard and winery, named The Craft & Co Farm is located only 40km out of Melbourne in Bangholme. We grow the grapes for our wine, hops for beer, botanicals for distilling and veggies/herbs for our own in-house branded produce.
Currently, our onsite dairy room, with processing and preserving capabilities, is where our chefs are experimenting with different cheeses and other dairy making methods. Our dairy facility is open to Australia’s best cheesemakers to educate cheese lovers and of course serving up one of life’s greatest pleasures for us all to enjoy!
The meats room comes with state of the art Stagionello® preserving and curing technology. From salami to pancetta, we will be also opening this facility to the region's best and aspiring curers to strut their stuff and educate the community.
Our onsite micro coffee roaster is used to roast our own blend of coffee to serve in the eatery and for home use.
