As part of Melbourne Food & Wine Festival, we’re celebrating our love of coffee, beer and prosciutto over three individual workshops. Book for one, two or all three for a whole day of learning and tasting, discussing turning beans into coffee with our in-house roaster; learning the brewing process with three legends of craft beer; and how to make your own prosciutto.
Three workshops, three topics close to our hearts and palates – book for one, two or the whole three.
Coffee – 10:00am
Hosted by our in-house master coffee roaster you will develop your knowledge and palate, gaining an appreciation of aromas, flavours and tastes. Understand the coffee making process, finishing with our house-made ricotta and pistachio cannoli.
Beer – 12:30pm
Take your passion for craft beers to another level with our specialists, as they discuss the beer making process. Includes a tour of our micro-brewery, tastings of our house-brewed beers and our specialty charcuterie and cheeses matched to beer.
Prosciutto – 3:00pm
Join local artisan producers, including our own chef Dom Marzano, as they share their knowledge on everything from selecting your pig to processing and curing. Then enjoy the different styles of prosciutto with wines from our winery in Bangholme.
