Introducing…

Gingerbread Sunset

30ml Gingerbread Gin

15ml Aperol

2 x dash Angostura & Orange Bitters

Bundaberg Ginger Beer

25ml Lime Juice

Orange and lime wedge or mint to garnish

Combine ingredients into shaker.

Shake, then strain into a tall glass and top with ginger beer. Add a scoop of crushed ice and garnish with wedges of orange and lime or mint.
