It’s no surprise we love gin! Apart from running an award-winning gin distillery here in Collingwood and Australia’s longest running Gin Market series, we now also hold our GinDig dinner series. This second instalment of our gin-fuelled shindig will offer an amazing 5-course dinner, paired with 5 craft gins which are distilled onsite. On the night you’ll also be able to meet our distiller and watch a live distillation, where you’ll learn a more about the processes and botanicals used in our gins, so this is the perfect way to take your passion for gin to the next level!

To make the evening even more special, all guests will receive The Craft & Co Show bag, a 10% voucher to use in our bottle shop on the night and more!
