Come and meet our third generation cheesemaking sisters, Katia and Sabrina! Work with this dynamic duo in our onsite micro-dairy, and using a traditional Italian recipe from Naples, you will fashion your own curds in this hands-on class focussing on mozzarella and burrata. This workshop will give you the basics on creating your own cow’s milk cheese at home, whilst also covering the fundamentals of cheesemaking overall.
