-Shared antipasti boards w/ house-made cheese, premium cured meats, beer pickles, chutney & spent grain crackers

MAIN (choice of one):
– Handmade linguine w/ spanner crab, parsley, chilli & lemon
– 12 hour Flinders Island lamb shank pie
– Beef Bourguignon burger

Served w/ a selection of sides;
-Salad from our garden
-Hand cut Dobson chips
-Mixed greens

DESSERT:
-Valrhona chocolate, pear & almond pizzas
