Indie Spirits Tasting was put on by the team from Australian Bartender, and took place on Sunday 31st March at The Craft & Co in Collingwood. There was more than 150 independent bottlings from 37 suppliers on offer to taste, from producers both locally and internationally — it’s the largest gathering of Australian craft distilleries under one roof.
