2016 Shiraz

The Shiraz ripened quickly but well at our Bangholme vineyard in 2016, giving rich yet elegant red and black fruits, a suave, textured mid palate and lovely ripe skin tannins to close. We co-fermented this wine with approximately 1% Viognier skins to help add perfume and satiny textures. Should age well over the medium term. Purchase HERE via Dan Murphy’s.
