**New Release**

As a triple malt blend, our Australian Whisky uses specially selected malted grains, including oat & spelt, layered with a subtle component of peat. Individually toasted, fermented, then double pot distilled, a significant focus to then maturing each in small, charred Oloroso sherry casks is commenced. This process each imparts very artisanal expressions, with the broad canvas of flavours then integrated harmoniously. The result is a whisky providing rich notes of black cherries, dark chocolate & burnt orange peel. To the eye, a deep golden amber with a generous, smooth palate delivering distinctive hints of mocha, raisins, carob & stewed rhubarb.

We aimed to create a unique triple blend whisky that showcased incredible complexity yet be accessible to all palates. Cocktail Recipe Ideas:

Whisky Sour
45ml The Craft & Co Australian Whisky
30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
2 dash grapefruit bitters
6 drops of Wonderfoam
Garnish: Dried Orange
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker. Double strained over large ice in Rocks glass.

Rob Roy
60ml The Craft & Co Australian Whisky
30ml Red Vermouth (or try The Craft & Co Rosé Vermouth)
3 dash Australian company bitters
2 bar spoons of Cherry Juice
Garnish: Sweet Cherry
Add all ingredients with ice in mixing glass. Double strain into Coupe glass.

Whisky Highball
45ml The Craft & Co Australian Whisky
15ml Fresh lime Juice
Top up with Dry Ginger Ale
Garnish: Dried Lime & Jambinu Zest
Build in Highball glass over ice.
