Why not celebrate Mother’s Day on Sunday 10th May with an artisanal shared feast at The Craft & Co in Collingwood? A complimentary glass of award-winning Concrete & Clay wine will also be given to each mum on the day too! We’re putting on a shared 3-course lunch consisting of:
Craft Platter – Warm marinated olives, pork & pistachio terrine w/ apricot chutney, pickled cucumbers & grissini, gin-cured salmon w/ preserved lemon, Bay of Fire Cheddar, quince paste, grapes
Main – Slow roasted lamb shoulder, salsa verde, rosemary, roquette, fennel, orange, mustard, roasted carrots, ricotta, pickled currants, leatherwood honey, saltbush, House-made flat bread
Dessert – Wood-fired cheesecake w/ pickled blueberries, raspberries, lavender
