Housed in an historic double-story building, our venue in Collingwood offers a unique experience to drink and dine in amongst the distillery and brewery operations, whilst The Craft & Co kitchen & bar reflects our overarching desire of supporting Australian producers and makers.

Our newest venue located at 96 Chifley Drive, Preston offers an informal warehouse space in amongst the all-new brewhouse and distillery setup. It features an ever-changing range of taps pouring the freshest brews and a wide range of award-winning sprits and cocktails in a craft beverage lovers’ paradise, where you’ll be a part of all the action. If you’re feeling hungry, we offer some delicious wood-fired pizzas, charcuterie and shared plates to satisfy every appetite!
