Serving suggestions from the distiller: Serve on ice and garnish with citrus or something fresh – think bergamot, lemons or crisp peach slice as some of our favourites. A bitter lemon and soda with crushed ice also works well. Also, juices such as pineapple or tropical fruits would compliment well. But for the traditionalist, serve in a short black coffee or if you’re up for a big one, add to a coffee martini!
