Our Collingwood venue at 390 Smith Street houses our brewery and distillery as well as cellar door, eatery, bar & functions space. Located in an historic double-story building, this venue offers a unique experience to drink and dine in amongst the distillery and brewery operations, whilst The Craft & Co kitchen & bar reflects our overarching desire of supporting Australian producers and makers. Our spirits, beers and wines feature heavily across our menus and incorporate these products into dishes wherever possible.
