Housed in a heritage-listed building on iconic Smith Street The Craft & Co in Collingwood offers a unique event experience amongst an award-winning craft distillery and brewery, whilst the food and drinks reflect our overarching desire of supporting Australian producers and makers. Additionally, our newest venue in Preston offers an industrial-chic warehouse space in amongst the all-new brewhouse and distillery setup.

Our Collingwood building was originally built in 1861, with a number of original features still evident today. A strong leaning to contemporary urban interior design, whilst still representing its industrial roots will impress the most discerning guests. Dramatic vaulted ceilings create a special ambience, whilst the original trusses provide a spectacular opportunity to dress the room up in any way you desire. The abundant windows from the second level also allow guests to view the bustling world of Collingwood below.

Our Preston venue features an ever-changing range of taps pouring the freshest brews and a wide range of award-winning sprits and cocktails in a craft beverage lovers’ paradise, where you’ll be a part of all the action. These dynamic spaces, paired with an overall industrial vibe create the perfect atmosphere for your inner-city celebration or ceremony.

Both venues can cater for large or small gatherings, with a variety of floor plan options available to create the most amazing intimate and private event.
